Customers are able
to buy from us in confidence knowing that if they decide not to keep
their products, they may return the products under the following
conditions:
Consumables, Food, or Treats:
Consumables, food, and treats, may be returned within 3 days of
purchase if stale; original receipt required.
We
cannot guarantee that your pet will like the flavor; but we do
guarantee that our food, treats, and consumables are fresh,
wholesome, and healthy.
Toys:
If defective, may
be exchanged or returned in “as purchased” condition with receipt
within 30 days of purchase.
All Other
Products:
If defective, may
be exchanged or returned in “as purchased” condition with receipt
within 30 days of purchase. If not defective or no receipt, in-store
credit may be given.
